How do I book a party?

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest 1-3 months in advance. Please be mindful that our busy season is May-October.

 

Where do you travel?

Anywhere within the tri-state area. If you are out of that area, a higher travel fee & stipend would apply.

 

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes! Based on distance, tolls, gas & time.

 

What’s your party minimum?

Parties within a 2 hour drive are based off a 15 person minimum. Further distance may increase party minimum.

 

How big can you accommodate?

We’ve done parties as large as 180 people!

 

What time do you arrive to set up?

2 hours before the party begins

 

What is event pricing?

Please fill out our party form & we will get back to you!

 

How do I know I am booked?

Once we receive a deposit, you are officially booked!

 

Do you provide music?

No, but we can send you a fun playlist! We highly suggest background music during our events!

 

How long are your parties?

2 hours

 

Do you host events with businesses?

Yes! We love collaborating with other small businesses.

 

When are your office hours?

Monday is our office day. Being we are always on the go working events for 10+ hour days offsite, it’s hard to answer the remainder of the week.

 

Can I do this for a bridal shower?

Yes! Check out our party activity packages! This makes both a perfect activity & favor for any party!

 

What do I need to provide as the host?

For an at home party, all we need is ice, tablecloth for your tables & access to your fridge.

 

When do you need a final headcount?

1 week before your party

 

Are gratuities included? 

No! But greatly appreciated :)

 

Do you offer custom signage?

Yes! We can personalize signs, menus, place cards & so much more!
